The sentry, Brijesh Kumar Chaubey, started chatting with him and found out that he had lost touch with his family and village. Being from the same region, Chaubey decided to help him locate his family.

Chaubey used Google Earth to locate Jeevan's village and then searched for the nearest post office and police station, but without success. However, he managed to find the contact number of the nearest branch of the Allahabad Gramin Bank. The next day, Chaubey called the bank and was able to locate Jeevan's family. Jeevan was overjoyed to be reunited with his family after so many years.

Jeevan, who had spent ten years working in a bus driver’s house in Bridgeganj without being paid, had been trying to find his family for years but with no luck. Chaubey's help and kindness enabled him to return to his family after a long and difficult journey.
